• Relevant Diploma / Higher Certificates with minimum 8 years experience in construction / interior design / fitting out field, or registration with RICS, HKIS
• Be able to establish logical methodologies for large scale contract process, including skillful spreadsheet usage & analysis
• Be responsible in documentation process with sense of cost control and procurement
• Experience in Construction Process & Practical Construction detail
• Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subtrades
• Relevant experiences in the Sectors of Retails, Food and Beverage, Hospitality and Corporate Office are expected
• Hands-on working attitude is always welcome
• Good PRC & Macau experience are preferred
• Working station: HK / Macau / PRC
• Be familiar with IT and Computer Software Application
