Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- European watch design & trading company for US and European watch brands and clients
- We are looking for PRODUCTION MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Minimum 8 years solid experience in watch
- Minimum 3 years at supervisory/managerial level
- Familiar with European/US/international watch branded customers’ requirements
- Solid experience in monitoring production with China factories
- Proficient of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Report to the General Manager
- Responsible for monitoring production with China vendor factories for assigned watch clients or brands
- Manage all internal and external production issues to reach ontime delivery
- Review production process to constantly improve the production efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure products produced meet specifications
- Work closely with Quality Manager to ensure products produced meet customers’ quality standard
- Work closely with Technical Manager to ensure products produced meet customers’ specification
- Continuous Improvement in vendor factories
- Propose solutions and help vendor factories to implement actions
- Monitor production progress to meet delivery deadline
- Frequent China trip is required
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 14 days
