Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the customer service team to provide professional customer services to both loyalty club members and customers. 

Responsibilities: 

• To identify service gap, develop and implement quality assurance strategy and initiatives for service enhancement
• To monitor the operation of customer care and hotline centres as well as service quality of cleaning and security contractors
• To ensure customers’ requests and complaints are handled in compliance with the Company guidelines
• To work on duty roster during weekends, statutory and general holidays is required 

Requirements:

• University graduates in Hospitality, Property/ Facilities Management or related disciplines
• A minimum of 4 years’ solid experience in customer service, hospitality or membership management, with at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with strong leadership
• Outgoing, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
