Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle clients inquiries, provide professional cooperate/ event decoration advices
• Responsible for pricing negotiation, close the deal and follow through from beginning to the end
• Maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible
• Handle enquiries and/or complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Establish and maintain good relationship with external parties (service providers / event organizers / facilities owners etc) for effective delivery of services;
• Participate in all wedding expo and designated hotel wedding fair
• Prepare write up for events and coordinate with internal departments on production of event collaterals;
• Perform other duties assigned by Sales Manager to meet sales target, annual budget and Company’s ambitious growth plans

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in Event Management / Event marketing & promotion;
•  Preferably 1-2 year(s) relevant working experience
• Self-starter with good presentation, communication and organisation skills;
• Strategic thinking and planning skills;
• Able to work independently, handle multi-tasks and set priorities;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghau is an advantage;
• Proficiency in PC applications – MS Office, Chinese Word Processing.
