Responsibilities

• 負責日常會計業務，例如數據輸入及有關支票、總帳、銀行存款和發票等事宜
• 保留備份檔案和使用會計系統
• 負責一般行政事務
• 必要時處理臨時分配的工作
• 操流利英語及廣東話
• Responsible for daily accounting operations and transactions such as data entry, cheque issue preparation, general ledger, bank-in and invoice issuing
• Maintain proper filing and assist accounting system
• Responsible of general admin support
• Handle any ad-hoc assignments when necessary.
• Good command of English, Cantonese

Requirements

• 會考5科合格(當中包括主科中英文及數學) 或具同等學歷，LCCI等級2或以上
• 至少1年/ 以上相關工作經驗
• 精通電腦，包括MS Office
• 具責任感、能獨立處事、細心
• 能即時上班者優先考慮
• 5 subjects pass in HKCEE / equivalent, LCCI level 2 or above
• Minimum 1 /above years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS office will be an advantage
• Good sense of responsibility, independent and details minded
• Immediately available is highly preferable
