Responsibilities: 

• Lead subordinate to handle accounts payable functions
• Handle daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records and procedures
• Documents checking, vendor invoices recording, payments, bank reconciliation & filing documents
• Handle inter-company transactions and reconcile monthly balances
• Conduct cash flow report
• Reconcile and prepare monthly analysis of accounts and review variances
• Prepare Internal and external auditing schedules
• Assist to prepare schedules and reports for monthly closing and management reporting
• Assist to prepare forecast/budget
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines

• 2 years or above relevant working experience, F&B experience is an advantage
• Familiar with ERP, MYOB & Yonyou experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to handle multi-tasks
• Detail-minded with strong initiative and eagerness to learn
• Mature working attitude
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
