Job Description

Our client is a wholly owned subsidiary of a PRC based mainboard listed company in Hong Kong. Currently she is sincerely seeking for a high calibre candidate to fulfill the following posts:

Accountant/ Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:

Prepare group consolidation
Handle treasury, corporate finance/ fund raising projects
Analyse performance and profitability of projects
Prepare budget and cash forecast
Liaise with auditors and professionals
Assist in the publication of the company's announcement or circular
Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

University degree holder
Professional qualification HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
3 to 4 years relevant working experience, preferably with audit exposure
Proficiency in Cantonese & English; Fluent Mandarin is highly preferred
Initiative, independent and detail minded
Candidates with lesser experience and qualification will be considered as Assistant Accountant
