CompAsia is currently looking for high motivated fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee Program.
You will have the opportunity of becoming a subject matter expert in one of the key business areas. Participants in the program are expected to work intensively alongside senior professionals/leaders to develop their skills and to create a customized development plan towards relevant professional accreditations. During the program, participants will also have the opportunity to learn, develop and gain experience in CompAsia's operations. Upon successful completion of the MAP Program, participants may be offered regional role based on their individual development plan for professional growth beyond the Management Trainee Program.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all operations, technical and administration functions while highlighting the big future and explosive business of CompAsia Regional Group.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with highly competitive CGPA from a recognised university.
- Demonstrated leadership & influencing skills.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Motivated team player.
