Job Description

Responsibilities

Reporting to one Chief Executive Officer and two General Managers, the appointee will be required to:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support in a professional manner;
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments & business trips for Senior Management;
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Board/Committees/Working Groups of the Authority;
  • Assist to prepare business correspondence and organize a systematic filing system;
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • A recognised university degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in providing secretarial or administrative support to senior management level; candidates with higher diploma who possess formal secretarial training with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience may also be considered;
  • Strong communication, presentation and organisation skills;
  • Meticulous, well organized and follow tasks in details;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferable;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.

 

Terms of Appointment

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  An initial 3-year contract will be offered to the successful candidate of the post. Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
