Responsibilities:

• Responsible for talent acquisition activities
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process including sourcing candidate, screening CV, conducting interview, on-boarding arrangement etc.
• Work closely with HR manager and clients for supporting business operations
• Manage candidate database and source effective recruitment channels
• Prepare various HR reports for analysis and management review
• Perform other ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• At least 3 years full-time working experience in HR field
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Human Resources Officer
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Good planning and organizing skills, ability to handle multi-tasks and work independently
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin preferable
• Immediate available is preferred
