Responsibilities

• Handle telephone calls, reception duties and guest greeting in a professional manner
• Manage customer database and maintain business contacts with customers/vendors/others as appropriate
• Assist in publicity production and printing
• Provide administrative, logistics and on-site support to all auctions/events/exhibitions
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above with 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and administration
• Proficient in MS Office including Chinese WP (30+ wpm)
• Must be a good team player, pleasant, responsible, discreet and detail-oriented
• Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin a must
• Immediate available would be advantage
