Operations Officer:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Follow up purchasing arrangements from Supplier
- Support stock keeping data, monitor product demand and provide clerical support to the department
- Assist in daily orders and delivery schedule
- Perform liaison, document control, reports preparation
- Handle full set of shipping and banking documents.
- Higher Diploma or above preferably related to operations and logistics
- Preferably 1 year working experience in handling operations or related. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
- Have a good command of English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel (VBA, MySQL)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
