Job Description

Due to our rapid business expansion, we are looking to hire aggressive Sales/Recruitment professionals to join our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the identification of business leads in the IT/Law/Banking industry and develop such leads to grow the client base with a view to eventually establishing a sector of new clients solely managed by yourself
• Establish and develop a network of contacts via effective networking and providing excellent service

• Manage daily talent acquisition activities from sourcing, screening to interviewing
• Proactively generate candidate leads from active cold calling and data mining
• Evaluate candidates through phone calls and face-to-face interviews, and provide professional advice accordingly
• Formulate research strategies, perform market mapping & analysis for diversified international recruitment assignment
• Drive candidate acquisition through targeted headhunting, competitor mapping, recruitment campaigns, referral programs, social media and attending industry events / associations.
• Gather market intelligence in various industries through extensive research / competitor analysis
• Maintain a competitive intelligence database of professional candidates

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of relevant sales work experience in IT/Law/Banking
• Confident to work in a sales-oriented / results-driven business environment
• Previous experience in Recruitment in the IT/Law/Banking industry is highly preferred
• Strong client connections in the Asia Pacific or Europe region is highly desired
• Professional business communications on the phone and in person
• Enjoy meeting and contacting people at all levels on a daily basis
