Job Description
Duties:
- Provide secretarial support to the Management
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the sales team
- Follow up sales service closely at all time
- Prepare business reports, presentation materials
- Capable to handle all enquires and correspondence independently
- Capable to handle recruiting
- Willing to perform ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in secretarial and administrative position
- Fresh Grad or IANG welcome
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint) and proficient in Chinese typing
- Proficient in spoken Chinese and English. Native Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manners
- Work independently with minimum supervisions
- Immediately available is preferred
