Responsibilities:

• To handle daily customer inquiries and complaints via calls, emails and livechat platforms (including facebook / instagram / whatsapp/ line / zendesk / youtube)  regarding product requests, after-sales, complaints, return issues, etc.
• Handle walk-in customer inquiries and receptionist back-up
• Handle returned stocks operation flow
• To initiate customer’s interest on Innovative Products and Trends.
• To retain and save any lapsed or customer cancellation request
• Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience in service industry (Experience in E-commerce industry is highly preferred
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential
• Able to work independently
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, Putonghua
• Good PC knowledge and typing skills. Chinese typing is required (35 words / minute is expected) 
• Customer oriented, pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
