Job Description
Working Location: Kowloon Bay
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri: 10am to 7pm (5 Days Work)
Job Description:
- Deal with all rounds of support to Marketing Department including prepare reports and communicate with internal and external parties
- Provide administrative & secretarial support
- Provide clerical support such as draft memo and correspondences
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Mature and well organized
- Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Resourceful, detail-minded, willing to learn, positive attitude
- Strong logical thinking and numerical sense to deliver accurate and detailed work
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are MUST
