Responsibilities
- Specialize in the brokerage industry and Responsible for daily settlement of brokerage transaction
- Handle settlement-related functions, such as generating and sending an invoice, data entry in the system, client information maintenance, etc.
- Communicate with clients about settlement of brokerage transaction and related process
- Provide quality client services through phone and electronic channels
- Manage and check with clients about account receivables
- Perform and prepare various kinds of report by daily, monthly and yearly
- Monitor issues about transaction and settlement and handle and solve
- Work closely with brokers, IT & accounting department
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and project assigned
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in the brokerage firm
- Minimum 3 years relevant/solid experience
- Self-motivated, be able to work independently
- Good PC skills in MS Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability preferred
