A leading FinTech and business consulting firm is looking for a (Senior) Manager for the Management Consulting Services (MCS) and business, based in its Hong Kong office.  Reporting to the Head of MCS, you will be leading the Services and Solution Team to leverage your accounts and financial/business/IT consulting knowledge and skills and then inspire transformation for more business successes.

Job Description

• Support the growth of the management consulting business across Hong Kong and Greater China
• Work with our clients in one or more of the following area: Strategy and operations, Transformation, Regulatory implementation, Digital
• Develop and maintain a sustainable relationship with existing and potential clients in the wealth management sector
• Lead, coach and manage our consulting teams
• Organize and participate in industry events
• Produce leadership articles on topics of interest to the wealth management industry

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Business Management or related discipline
• At least 10 to 15 years of relevant consulting or banking experience. Experience with Big 4 consulting firms would be an asset
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of the wealth management industry
• Strong track record in planning, organizing, and delivering large transformation change programs
• Demonstrated experience in business development and sales for consulting services

• Exceptional client management skills
• Strong track record of execution, delivering results, working under pressure and handling tight deadline
• Demonstrate flexibility to travel for work
• Exceptional communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an asset
