Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing plans for digital loan products, monitor progress and evaluate results
• Develop and enhance new and existing online loan products and formulate business strategies through e-channels to stimulate customer acquisition and engagement
• Liaise, communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as Corporate Marketing & IT) to ensure the delivery of business project is efficient and effective
• Monitor the usage and customer engagement of existing e-services/e-products
• Prepare analysis and daily reports

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, E-commerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience preferably in banking or financial institutions
• Well organized, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication, liaison, presentation, analytical and documentation skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Specialist, Electronic Credit
