Job Description
- Perform full set trade related financing including import/export processing and approval.
- Perform bills processing procedure and AML/CFT screen checking are performed in accordance with bank standard
- Perform operational review and survey to ensure that the receivables are factorable
- Perform credit control in order to avoid fraudulent transaction. Liaise with insurer closely to obtain adequate debtor limit to support client proposals
- Maintain close dialogue with competence lines (e.g. Operations, Compliance, Credit & Legal, Risks, Finance etc.) to ensure smooth work flow and full alignment
- Handle daily processing including but not limited to invoice financing, factoring and other trade finance products
- Ensure all Trade Finance Operation are handled efficiently and effectively
Requirement:
- Associate degree holder with minimum 5-8 years relevant work experience within banking industry
- Strong knowledge in Trade operations, experience in Commodity Trade, Confirming and Factoring is preferable.
- Exposure in SWIFT Alliance, Trade systems and Accounting systems.
- Familiar with UCP600, ISP98, URDG 758, URC 522 and ISBP.
- Good proficiency in English and Mandarin, and preferably in Cantonese.
- Knowledge in word, excel and powerpoint is a must.
- Good team player and capability to work under pressure
