Position: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing of sales distribution plans for key accounts;
• Provide all-rounded and professional private Wealth Management services to clients including asset allocation, investment planning, fund trading and management ;
• Establish, grow and retain quality customer relationships and portfolios of clients;
• Provide consultant services to clients by researching and analyzing financial market in achieving their goals
• Interface with clients to understand the business needs and explore service opportunities;
• Liaise with different internal divisions and associate our solutions and services with clients’ requirements;
• Develop and nurture long-term business relationship with clients and ensure consistent satisfaction;
• Understand the competitors’ business strategies and make responsive proposals to management
• Work closely with various partners to plan and implement the launching of new initiatives

Requirements:

• University graduate in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in Business Development or Key Account Sales;
• Experience in corporate finance or due diligence field would be an advantage;
• Excellent relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong leadership, presentation, problem solving skills, analytical power and opened mind;
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, planning and organization skills;
• Multi-tasking ability and self-motivated;
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Chinese word processing;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Immediate availability preferred.
