Data Analyst (Qlik )- Bank Permanent 40K - 50K

  Responsibilities:    

• Participate in strategy meetings to provide gather and document business requirements and, monitor data quality, define analytical strategy & rules
  
• Responsible for the design and implementation of data analytics projects
• Execute, design, build and automate the creation of reports, using technical tools from both structured and unstructured data sources as necessary to support business.

Requirements:    

• University or College degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related field.
• 5-10 years of working experience in data mining / data analytics / data management projects
• Experience in Banking/ Insurance / Financial industry is an advantages
  
• Experience Qlik or Qsense
  
• Experience in data management

Manager ( Business Analytics ) Bank / Insurance

Responsibilities:    

• Collaborate with various departments to design, develop and deploy management reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions to fulfill the business need under considerable deadline pressure
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on data management process design
• Meet with Client management and other stakeholders to discuss the business requirements for the information to be delivered
• Make recommendations and drive towards consensus regarding the appropriate data sources, business rules, and end product content or format and delivery mechanisms to meet requirements

Requirements:    

• University graduate in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Decision Science, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8- 10 years experience in banks / insurance companies  
• Proven track record in data management or business intelligence analysis
• Experience in Credit risk / Basel II / BCBS 239 is an advantages
• Familiar with life insurance data element is a plus
• Strong critical thinking, report writing and presentation skills
• Knowledge on SAS is a plus
• Strong project management skills and experience with managing large scale projects
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Manager ( Business Analysis ) Bank 

Responsibilities:    

• Responsible for driving, coordinating and supporting business units in various business analytical activities including requirement definition, changes in business processes/ workflows, solution design and recommendation, project planning, risk management, UAT, conversion verification, user training and other implementation tasks.

Requirements:    

• Degree holder in Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline
• Over 10 years' working experience in business analysis, process and system solution design and implementation with at least 5 years in banking environment
• Good understanding of banking industry in terms of products and services, operational requirements, regulatory compliance, market and related technology trends and other common business challenges
• Experienced in vendor partnership with successful joint delivery of technology solution for business support
• Positive, proactive with desire and passion in driving business growth through smart application of technology and adequate design of operational process
