About the Program

The Sales Management Trainee for Fresh Graduate Program is a 6-months foundation program and followed by the formal 24-months SMT Program, the total duration of the programs will be 30-months.  You will be assigned to different functional teams to equip with practical on-the-job trainings including Corporate Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Investment Research and Product Team.   You will gain practical field work exposure to interact with clients.  Upon completion of this foundation program and meet the requirements, you will enter the higher level SMT program and basic salary will be increased to HK$20k+ per month.
