Responsibilities:

• Lead design and project management role to interior design works in Hong Kong.
• Spatial planning, interior design development; and preparation of design presentation material.
• Prepare tender drawings and construction package.
• Lead the design meetings with Client and Contractors.
• Contract Administrative works; and day-to-day communication and reporting works.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or other related discipline.
• Good in AutoCAD, Sketchup. Knowledge in V-Ray and Photoshop would take advantages.
• INITIATIVE, PROACTIVE and with strong sense of RESPONSIBILITY.
• Min. 3-5 years' relevant experience.
• Solid experience in office and banking retails interior projects; design and build experience takes advantage.
• Good team spirit and experienced in liaising with contractors.
• Good in documentation and reporting.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
