Overview

As a Graphic Designer - based in Hong Kong, you will be expected to demonstrate a good understanding of the Company’s product and features when creating marketing design or artworks for both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be expected to demonstrate a professional and customer-orientated approach when managing design requests and specifications to meet desired objectives. The ideal Graphic Designer will possess a sound knowledge of creating content with both commercial and creative acumen and strong proficiencies in design software and tools. A good team player with amicable interpersonal skills and is able to translate business requests into creative designs.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage projects from initial concept through to fruition with a good balance of commercial and creative acumen 
• Create and develop a wide range of corporate and marketing collaterals, such as and not limited to magazines, advertisement, logos, brochures, banners, web design, social media materials, posters etc, within a set timeline
• Responsible for photo shooting/editing
• Constant and proactive interaction with clients or internal department to determine the scope of the project
• Conduct and oversee all photo, video shoots and related post production for a wide range of products; manage and organise corporate visual content and library assets
• Evaluate and review designs for errors before printing or publishing
• Brief and advice internal / external stakeholders on design style, format, print production, timescales etc.
• Liaise and coordinate  with external printers, vendors, and other external production resources for all marketing activities and ensure timeline and output is of optimal quality (for both on and offline publications)
• Ad hoc involvements in print production, templates, marketing kits, displays and any other request from marketing and/or management team
• Mainly work in Tsuen Wan office, but sometimes need to go to Sheung Wan office depends on job

Qualification/Requirements 

• Diploma in graphic design, visual arts and or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese
• Proficient in Design application softwares such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc
• Creative with a good eye for design and able to deliver quality design solutions timely and independently
• Experience in Photography is a MUST
• Self-driven, pro-active, diligent and team player
• CV (doc/pdf) & brief portfolio of previous design works should be enclosed in the application (attachments less than 2Mb)
