JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operational support
• Handle enquiries and complaints in an efficient and effective manner
• Assist to monitor customers' renewal and application progress
• Co-ordinate with other departments on development projects
• Assist to prepare customer service reports
• Conduct checking on system work flow
• Handle ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with some customer service experience (fresh graduate will also be considered)
• Working experience in e-commerce business is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Customer focus, be able to work under pressure and multi-tasking with good time management skill
• Responsive and be able to work with other team members
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluency in Putonghua is preferable
• Proficient in using basic computer software and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is an advantage

Shuttle buses between Tai Wai, Mei Foo, Olympic, Kowloon Tong, Lam Tin, Hang Hau, Sheung Wan, Kennedy Town and Cyberport are available.
