Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving digital transformation initiative and projects, oversee technology solution, project delivery, and continuous improvement
- Perform stakeholders management with different business unit and solution provider
- Oversee solution effectiveness and development process, project timeline, resource planning, quality governance
- Engage with Group IT to ensure integration of all efforts for implementation of Digital initiatives
- Drive overall user satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
- Understand latest digital technology and market trend, responsible for overall successful initiation, planning and execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- 8+ years IT experience, with 4+ years focusing on Digital Project Management
- Solid experience in customer facing digital solution such as E-commerce platform, Digital payment technology (including Digital Wallets), POS, CRM, etc.
- A recognized PM qualification such as CSM or PMP would be an advantage.
- Self-initiative, fast learning, creative and innovative with excellent analytical skills
- Strong vendor management and presentation skill
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
