Job Responsibilities

1. Monitoring of IT System health status, network performance and security control
2. Perform IT help desk support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
3. Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required.

Requirements :

1. Diploma or higher certification in IT related courses
2. Fresh graduate will also be considered (More experience will be consider as senior position)
3. Experience in computer hardware and system support is an advantage
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills
5. Shift is required ( 9:00 – 18:00, 13:30 – 22:30)
