- Monitor the daily operations of the warehouse
- Achieve warehouse operational objectives by implementing strategic plans, identifying and resolving problems, measuring and auditing quality standards, and identifying trends.
- Manage and lead the warehouse team including hiring and training of staff and ensure they comply with the safety and quality requirements
- Set up standard operating procurements and drive continous improvement initiatives
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or relevant discipline
- Able to communicate and understand English and Mandarin well
- 10 years above experience in warehouse operations management, preferably with experience handling electronics components or computer parts
- High integrity, team spirit and good physical condition
