Job Description
We are looking for Senior Information technology assistant for our government projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling of new requests and problems reported by end-users on the use of IT equipment and services
- Management of the setup and on-going support of network
- Procurement of IT equipment and services
- Management of IT equipment and maintenance of inventory records
- Coordination and management of site preparation, office relocation and new office establishment
- Coordinate with service contractors to entertain end-users new requests as well as to resolve problems
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Technical Support (Hardware & Software)
