Job Description
- Provide first tier help desk support to client via phone / email
- Log all support incidents and escalate if necessary
- Occasional onsite installation / customer support / usage training
- Occasional system testing and internal IT support
Requirements
- Graduate in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
- Fluent Cantonese and conversational English
- Good communication skills
- Fresh graduates will be considered
- Immediate available is a must
- 5-Day Work
- 10 to 18 Days Annual Leave
