Requirements for IT System Engineer:

• Form 5 or above in Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-year experience IT related experience preferred
• New graduates will also be welcomed.
• Good knowledge in PC hardware and software, standard Microsoft applications and operating system
• App programming /Website maintenance experience is preferred
• Experience Server environment support is preferred     
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, aggressive and independent
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Job duties:

• To handle incoming inquiries, incidents and problems via phone and/or email
• Perform tier one troubleshooting and problem analysis
• Responsible for software installation, configuration and maintenance
• Provide in-house/on-site PC & network support and maintenance
• Coordinate with both internal technical support and external vendor(s) for
• schedule and non-schedule activities
