Designation: Business Development Manager/Account Manager/Delivery Manager
Mode of Hiring : Permanent
Spoken Language : English
Work Location : Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
Role objective: 360-degree desk: The primary objective is to be the client SPOC for all resourcing requirements received.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business associations across all sectors like BFSI, Retail, Banking, Telecom ICT, Shipping and logistics, retail, manufacturing, FMCG, etc.
- Client acquisition for permanent staffing / Contract Positions along with Client Management and servicing ( From requirements to proper payments) Responsible in making the revenue generation acquiring new business.
- Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality results.
- Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients, Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.
- Bring new business to the organisation, Responsible for the entire recruitment process.
- Building the Nityo Brand - marking Nityo’s presence in Hong Kong.
- Seeking new business opportunities through networking on LinkedIn, events, meetings, cold call.
- Should be able to take and Achieve Sales Targets.
