CLIENT

Our client is a upscale Law firm in Hong Kong, we are assisting them to hire a position for a Project Manager for its development.

JOB SCOPE

• Directly manager major project work within the department and guide other more junior project managers
• Ensure all projects under their control are delivered in a timely fashion, to budget and with minimum impact to our internal clients
• Report project progress to the CIO and other parties as needed
• Drive project management best practise throughout the team
• Liaise with other departments as need to marshal project resources
• Address any issue, risks and other obstacles to project delivery

 JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Degree educated
• Five or more years experience in an equivalent role
• Good project team management skills
• Strong project management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Process orientated
• Service orientated
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Good documentation skills
• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Vendor management skills
• Experience of working with senior management
• Law firm experience would be an advantage but not mandatory
