Security Associate / Security Consultant x 3

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide after sales services and delivery of our security solutions;

Provide technical support and advice to our customers;

Explore and sharing on new era of security solutions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent;

1 year relevant experience preferred, 

CISSP, CISA or MCSE: Security certification preferred;

Exposure in security solutions such as Firewall, Anti-spam Gateway, IDS/IPS, DLP, etc;

Experience on application development, system / network solution operation; and

Self-motivated, work independently, good communication with interpersonal & analytical skills

Fresh graduate may also consider;

More experience will consider as Security Consultant (upto 50k)

IT Support (inhouse), upto 25k+

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily operation tasks such as support call handling and system account maintenance;
• Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries to all executives and end-users;
•  Solid experience in Windows and general office desktop applications;
• Good interpersonal and communication skill;
• Stable, mature, responsible and hard-working.

General Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Services or related disciplines;
• Min 2 years' experience in providing helpdesk support / back office operations;
• Solid experience on Active Directory is a big plus
• Cantonese is a MUST
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a plus.
• Mature candidate is welcome

System Administrator - allround (inhouse), upto 30k+

Responsibilities

• Hardware/software setup, maintenance and trouble-shooting
• Provide hardware, software, Database and network support
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software purchase/maintenance
• Manage IT asset and server hardware inventory
• Documentation of network and IT infrastructure
• Vendor and Project management
• Follow up ad-hoc task

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years working experience related to IT support and troubleshooting
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communications skill and self-motivated
• Able to work independently

System Engineer (Window x1, Linux x1), (inhouse), upto 40k-50k

Responsibilities:

• Perform Window/Linux system administration including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrade, systemmonitoring and health checks.
• Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning.
• Manage capacity monitoring on system and applications.
• Provide advice and consultancy service to project team with systemarchitecture design.
• Revise technical standard guidelines adhering to Internal IT audit regulations.
• As a technical advisor for junior system administrator.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in information technology, computer science or relateddiscipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Windows XP/7, Window 2008Server and Redhat Linux 6 system administration
• Solid knowledge in technical infrastructure environment andexperience in system architecture design
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Window 2008 Active Directory,Microsoft Cluster, Redhat GFS, Redhat Cluster suite and middleware products such as Hyperion/BIEE, Tomcat, IIS, Apache, WebSphere and MQSeries
• Proficiency in window/shell scripting
• Experience in blade server system administration, VM and Lotus Notes is a plus.
• Self-motivated, and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Will to work out of office hours for urgent production issues supporting
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in IT inventory management and IT operation automation is an added value.
• Good price negotiation, IT procurement, budget and financial management skills will be a definite advantage.
