Job Description
Our client is an international specialty chemicals company with its main office in Berlin, Germany, operating in more than 40 countries includes Germany, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Japan, USA, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. The company has around 4,000 staff.

Responsibilities:
l Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems and update for each system change
l Perform day-to-day systems performance, services availability & monitoring; proactive system tuning and problem investigation; servers administration such as software/application patching; backup & recovery
l Manage and administer SAN, FC/iSCSI storage and SharePoint
l Provide helpdesk support for all computer users
l Provide technical training to computer users when required
l Liaise with vendors for technical issues resolution
Requirements:
l5+ years of proven working experience in supporting Windows based system, AD; SAN/Storage and Cisco solutions, VMWare/VDI technologies
lSolid knowledge of Lotus Notes, Office 365/Outlook, SharePoint, SQL
lKnowledge in NetApp and Programming is a plus
lFluent in English and Good Putonghua
lImmediate available is preferred
