Responsibilities

• Test the systems features and reports in-house
• Write documentation of the systems
• Conduct training to hotel users using the systems
• Enhance the systems by suggestion

Process

• Training provided on the systems by our Systems Trainers
• Self-practice under guideline

Requirements

• Previous study or work experience in hotel industry an asset
• Command of an Asian language (Thai or Indonesia Malay or Vietnamese) an asset
• Able to travel 
• Enjoy meeting with people
