Responsibilities

• Process new business application and related service request
• Handle business partners' enquiries, pending cases, provide professional and accurate response with high service level
• Work in the team to oversee and responsible for channel sales distribution initiatives
• Work with different internal departments and external parties for business support purposes
• Support daily operations of Operations Team in distribution support related tasks
• Provide clerical support for record keeping purpose, such as data entry, scanning and filing etc.
• Prepare regular reports for Company’s business analytics needs
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
• 3 years’ working experience in Financial Industry (Securities, Brokerage, Insurance) is highly preferred
• Process with IIQE qualifications
• Exposure to product marketing or channel sales distribution an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office especially word, excel and powerpoint
• Excellent communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese (spoken & written)
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, self-motivation, good team player and able to work independently under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
