Our client, a well-known insurance company in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating business plans and sales strategies, closely monitor business performance and ensure assigned targets are achieved
• Plan and implement sales projects, business training and other related activities according to the needs of the partnering banks
• Maintain close cooperation with partnering banks and provide professional sales support and excellent service to them
• Work closely with Underwriting Department on the underwriting status and liaise with Underwriting Department and the brokerage companies, ensure the processes are running smoothly
• Provide suggestions on sales and product development strategies according to the trend of brokerage distribution

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economic, Statistics or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in brokerage field
• Possess valid insurance licenses (IIQE Paper I,II,III & V), professional qualifications in insurance (e.g.FLMI) is preferred
• Have broad understanding of insurance products in both Hong Kong and Mainland China markets
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, energetic and can work independently and under pressure
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese) & English
