Responsibilities :

• Ensure products meet the quality standards included regulatory, safety and performance;
• Work with QA in head office to conducting research into product standards and specifications. Develop higher quality standard specification for supplier and inspection team to follow;
• Ensure the implementation of QA processes included, but not limited to buying trip, sample approval, testing, inspection, etc;
• Ensure regular audit was conducting to evaluate suppliers’ and factories’ performance;
• Follow up the CAPs with suppliers or factories and ensure the improvement is effective by audit or inspection;
• Liaise with other stakeholders to improve the product quality and suppliers’ or factories’ performance with lowest possible cost;
• Participate in strategic quality projects to drive products and suppliers’ improvement;
• Work closely with Global QA Manager 

Requirements :

• Degree holder in chemistry related discipline preferred
• Min. 5 years experience in related QA working experience either within a Testing House, a Global Retail business environment or in a Factory Audit capacity.
• Excellent in quality assurance exposures in cosmetic, skincare, beauty products are must and capable of judgment in quality aspects
• Detailed knowledge of related products production
• Strong technical and testing knowledge and skill
• Demonstrate maturity and accountability, high integrity and sense of rightness
• Strong communication skills & good at problem solving
• Proficiency in both written / spoken English
• Understanding of EU, USA and China chemical testing requirements and legislation
• Knowledge in ISO9000 & SA8000, GMP and factory audit experience is an advantage
• Travelling is required;
