Responsibilities:-

• Expand the existing licensing portfolio, source and negotiate with potential new licensees; and liaise with active licensees of both existing and developing markets in order to achieve sales targets.
• Work closely with licensees throughout Southeast Asia regions to ensure their business and marketing strategies are aligned with the brand and company objectives.
• Develop and explore new business clients and achieve sales target; Work with legal team to finalize agreement signing, handle counterfeit and trademark registration issues.
• Negotiate the business terms for new licensees and renewal of current licensees.
• Ensure strong brand presence in the responsible markets.
• Knowledgeable in IP protection for counterfeit handling.
• Travel to SEA markets is required.

Requirements:-

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines
• At least 3 years work experience in character licensing business, distribution, marketing, sales or business development; experience in FMCG industry will be an advantage
• Have sound understanding of Hong Kong and Southeast Asia markets for proper licensing strategies formulation
• Outgoing, strong initiative, self-discipline and able to work independently;
• Good command of English and Mandarin is a must
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• Immediate available is preferred
