The Role:
- Lead  regional consumer research projects, both qualitative and quantitative, from initiation to analysis coupled with efficient and high quality execution, translating into concise business insights for business leaders in the Asia Pacific region
- Manage external research agencies to ensure consistent and high quality delivery of results
- Lead business analytics to collect macro and consumer market data, build market knowledge, forecast market trends, and build innovative business strategic recommendations.
- Drive consumer insights sharing in the organization via different programmes in the region.

Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing / Statistics or equivalent
- About 10 years of excellent credentials in market intelligence and consumer research, both from research agency and from client side.
- Strong regional project management and business presentation skills
- Excellent business acumen and passionate in providing integrated insights to help business understand consumer voices and market dynamics, as well as to bridge the knowledge gap in the organization.
- Good leadership competency
- Polished and professional presentation in English
