Job Descriptions:

• Lead and manage production and technical aspects of OOH advertising includes but mot limited to MTR Projects and Outdoor Billboards
• Lead and manage printing houses, contractors and vendors from schedule, production, logistics and installation
• Develop and manage technical drawings to achieve on time submission
• Review all submissions and to meet the required safety standards
• Maintain technical documents for reference and as compliance to audit requirement
• Implement, supervise and manage the execution for all production on site
• Monitoring and reporting to management and authorities
• Overseeing and coordinating the production team and close cooperation with operations team
• Ensure regular reviews, suggest and implement improvement plan

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Advertising or other related disciplinary
• Minimum 5 years working experience in advertising industries with project management and team management experience
• Solid production experience in sourcing, printing, and installation aspects
• With Safety Supervisor certification and ability to use Autocad software are a plus
• Proficient and Microsoft Office
• Good command of written and spoken in both English and Cantonese
• Irregular working hours and holiday may be necessary
