- Conduct preventive maintenance and install medical device
- Determine the appropriate solution and provide assistance to resolve the situation for the customer
- Provide technical training to customers in the area of products and help finding new service business opportunities
- Work closely with the sales and product managers to provide pre-sales activities and demonstration
Job requirement
- Bachelor or High diploma holder in Electrical / Electronic Engineer / Biomedical or related disciplines
- 2+ years technical support with IVD/diagnostic medical devices
- Good communication skill and problem solving ability
- Proactive, independent and patient
