Job Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate with Manager on material sourcing and product development
• Prepare quotation & all documentation
• Work out the merchandising process from samples to order delivery
• Monitor & control accurate and on time production orders, prepare order status reports and delivery time schedule for Manager
• Liaise with vendors for any uncertainties and amendment follow up.  And maintain good relationship with factories
• Liaise with logistics department for all deliveries
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years solid experience in merchandising field
• Previous working experience in bags and luggage is definitely an advantage
• Energetic, passionate, career driven, motivated to succeed and willing to take on more responsibility
• Outgoing and with positive personality
• Mature, rigorous with good problem-solving skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Creative and attentive to details
• A team player and able to work under pressure
• Prepare for and attend customer meeting
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasionally travel to China/overseas is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Merchandiser
• Immediate Available is an advantage
