Our Group is looking for young and dynamic staff members to add to the current team in Hong Kong.

The candidate for the position of Junior Sourcing Specialist will have the following duties:

• Lead and oversee the sourcing process of the group's trademarks, driving results across multiple brands, products and strategies.
• Provide leadership, entrepreneurial skills and a proactive attitude to achieve results and blend in with the team.
• Develop the areas of sourcing, costing and pricing. Ensure our products meet expected standards and are at a cost to achieve profitability goals.
• Coordinate the area of cross quotation and introduce new opportunities with new factories and new products that can positively affect our Group's brands
• Oversee the processes flows, deadlines of productions and quality of the supply chain network.
• Participate as a member of the Team led by the group general sourcing manager and create good relationship with members in the head quarter.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Garments, Quality Management or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year in the garment field, would be appreciated.
• Experienced in sewing and pattern making for sportswear and casual wear will be a plus.
• With previous working experience gained from multinational or manufacturing corporations is prefer.
• Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to think big-picture, anticipates problems, plan and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent Inter-Personal Skills, Good Planning Skills and knowledge of the group’s sourcing calendar for production, Brand and Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Positive Behavior and with a Proactive/Independent work skills.
• Professional English Skills, fluent in Chinese and Cantonese, Italian is consider a plus.
• Good computer skills: basic Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
• Required high flexibility to travel abroad independently.
• Less experience candidates will still be consider for this position.
• Fresh graduate in Quality Management or Garment graduates will be considered.
• Junior profiles highly preferred.
