Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Phone system and Omni channel development and enhancement
• Review and analyze workflow and data to improve the effectiveness of the unit
• Liaise with other department on system enhancement and implementation
• Prepare Management report
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years relevant working experience in call center or customer service industry
• Excellent MS office skills such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Sound analytic skill with experience in Finance sector
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Officer, Debt Collection
