Job Responsibilities:

• Promote Excellent Customer Service culture within the company and extend to market recognition
• Implement Customer Satisfaction Survey and ideas
• Carry out service enhancement project
• Recommend initiatives for better customer journey management
• Design new programs to improve the customer experience

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• At least 5 years launching service quality program experience, such as survey, service star program etc.
• Sound knowledge in customer service area
• Good communication skills, patient with strong problem-solving skills
• Passionate, Experience in MS office especially PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Officer, Customer Experience and Service Quality
• Immediate available or short notice period is highly desirable
