The position will support the Travel Retail APAC team in achieving performance objectives in terms of sales and profitability while responsible for supporting retail execution and implementation, product performance report on both sell-in and sell-out, assortment preparation, and support administrative and logistics needs. This position is a key role within the team in supporting sales achievement and long term strategy development, and closely collaborates with the Sales Managers to achieve team objectives. 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT 

• Maintain timely communication with Headquarters, TR team and the Dealer on managing assortment master to support sales planning, forecast and orders 
• Maintain close communication with customer for information update
• Manage and consolidate marketing and VM support, requests, orders and delivery to fit consumer calendar planning
• Provide high quality reports, recommendations and ad hoc analysis and agree with the Sales Managers and other stakeholders as the basis for merchandising decisions
• Support Travel Retail Director on administrative arrangement

WHAT WE EXPECT

• You hold a bachelor’s degree.
• As a motivated professional, you bring at least 2 years of sales support experience. Exposure in travel retail industry is preferable.
• You are an organized and pro-active team player with good communication skill.
• Furthermore, you have excellent skills in Excel and analytical.
• You must have good command in both English and Chinese.
