Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and develop retail (promoter) term (both full time and part time)
• Recruitment of retail sales (promoter)
• Planning of working schedule and related documentation
• General Sales driven is necessary applicate

Job Requirements :     

• Diploma or above
• 3 years' sales experience
• 5 years' retail sales (promoter) management experience
• Sales experience in household product is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong self-driven and motivation skill is essential
